Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide.

Order Processing
● Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
● Custom or made-to-order items may take longer (notified at checkout).

Shipping Times & Costs
● Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.
● Estimated delivery:
○ Domestic (Europe): 6–12 business days.
○ International: 10–30 business days (customs delays possible).
● Free shipping may apply on orders over €50 in eligible regions (shown at checkout).

Tracking
● Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order ships.
● Check your spam folder if you don't receive it.

Important Notes
● Delivery times are estimates only – delays can occur due to carriers, weather, customs, or high-volume periods.
● We are not responsible for lost packages after delivery confirmation or customs fees/taxes for international orders.
● If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us with your tracking number – we will assist with claims.
